President- Aaron Amuchastegui

Aaron Amuchastegui has been involved in the construction and real estate business since he was a child. Mr. Amuchastegui attended the University of Oregon School of Architecture, and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

From 2005-2009, Mr. Amuchastegui served as the division manager for the southern California operations of a large privately owned homebuilder. As the real estate and new construction market started changing dramatically, so did his experience. In 2008, Aaron gained experience with distressed assets while consulting on valuation and assessment packages of large bank liquidation sales after banks were taken over by the fed. With portfolio note values totalling over $1 Billion, and assets spread through 7 states, these valuations led to a new understanding of the current real estate market.

Since forming AMA Construct Inc., Mr Amuchastegui has managed the acquisition and sales of more than 800 single family homes. His company has developed proprietary software to track employees, contractors, agents, and properties to help manage assets nationally. The current company goal is to have real estate and construction experts from every major metropolitan area in the United States.
